I also have other projects like the YouTube and writing 4 articles a month for the Patreon! Please keep this in mind and be respectful; I am a busy person even if it doesn't feel that way to someone with a "normal" job, and I work almost 20 hours a day. Due to the nature of the work and the demand for the practitioner, there is going to be a delay.

CHTHONIA is a sole proprietorship; aside from the art occasional accompaniment and aid from associate daemoniac and spreadsheet fan Cain (including all this nice back end shit), Thorn does the bulk of this ALONE and there is ritual is hard work, especially setup; by purchasing, you agree to respect the practitioner's time, and you understand that there is a wait time of anywhere between two weeks and two months unless otherwise indicated by your purchasing of a Rush Order.

• For 2-3 day service on intangibles like spells/rituals: double the price.

• Add on a video recording of any intangible product/service for EUR 50.

there often isn't a tangible product; most of these products are actually services, but there is not an appointment time. For an added fee of 50 EUR, Thorn or Cain can film the spell or creation of the item.

For live readings, consultation etc, please book via the SERVICES area instead; we are also considering allowing LIVE ritual appointments - keep your eyes peeled.

Please refrain from rushing the practitioner, and please no messaging about your order on social media at all; a remninder on stream here and there is fine, but DMs are FULL and I don't check them often - use business email. Me being on social media does NOT mean I am not busy and am not preparing your ritual - in fact, it's usually the opposite, and I need to order supplies before any working starts. Please use business email for business and don't ask for constant updates on your spell; I'm thinking of making a queue you can look at online or something of that nature. I am a busy person, I am working almost 24/7, and this adds unnecessary stress and confusion.

For intangible items like spells and rituals, understand the processing time varies (see Return Policy) and that no physical item will be shipped and no digital download will be available; for an added fee of 50EUR, the service will be recorded and sent to you in video format via email or Discord; please select this option or tip.

• For print-on-demand merchandise designed by Cain: these are shipped internationally by several third party services, and we do not usually order samples first; for questions of quality control or print formatting.
