Cain is taking donations as rare and medically neglected conditions have made it very difficult to get out of bved or work; proper medical care is being sought outside the USA. One of these conditions is potentially lethal but completely treatable and US doctors are refusing to treat due to false attribution of the symptoms of this disease to Cain's drug history; Cain is a harm reduction proponent, advocating for the reduction of stigma against drug users, safe supply, and easier access to pain medications for chronic pain patients like herself.
 
All donations will be allocated to her medical savings, immediate visits, and daily usey excess donations and a portion of any income she receives will be donated to funds for the procurement of sterile supplies for injection drug users in various cities in the USR, and organizations aiming to make these services available in underserved areas.
